Unfulfilled promise

Im really annoyed about the fact that I joined in April they have a give away back, everything was processed and now started to go to the gym, everything was fine the place looks nice and presentable. I have attended the sessions already which helps a lot, especially the yoga classes of 16h30, the lady is very nice and supportive but the problem is for 4 days I have been going there I asked for my bag, first time was told the manager left already ok fine, second time the manager is there but his taking me to back and forth telling me about april has passed he need to calk the manager, I should come at a specific time when I go is I should come another time. Im starting to feel like am being disresoected here because the process was done early even the money deducted as agreed now when its time to get the bag its such a struggle, and am told tbe bag is there but am late, late for what? This is really really annoying, just give the damn bag because it was part of the agreement on the phone. I cant be part of their politics and blaming game lets them sort out their communication alone and fulfill their promise
