unfrofessional service !

<p>when we gave the management a resignation letter saying that this is our written notice giving a months notice, and payment for the last month as a personal trainer. the person took the letter and first gave us a few bad words and then put the letter away. now months later virgin active is calling asking for the money i owe. i am guessing the person i gave the letter to never filled it ! because of a personal issue, now i followed the prosidures and they were unprofessional.. i dont have R7000 to give them ! i fond out that person is no longer working there, because of his unprofessional behaviour.. please help</p>
