<p>I've been a member at the kc bran for a while now without any issues but until todays experience with not unfriendly/uncourteous and cold manager Roche, ai explain to him that I got a comp from sales person and did not know they no longer accept comps as there was no communication sent out, i drove 30km's to the gym brought my girlfiend with to the club with her comp and ID ready at hand, who is not a member but was planning to join.</p> <p> </p> <p>He blatantly turns us away and another elderly gentleman behind the counter remarks 'check on her I'd if she went to other clubs' hence my subject line, guys cmon I'm member here and thought you guys are the top gym in SA but with staff and service like this you are very far from that. So I'd like to say a very big **** you for letting me drive all the way there and get turned away and embaressed I'm still a member and will gym there till my contract expires or maybe after this I'll just move to a more professional gym and cancel my contract. </p>
