Unfriendly staff playing on phone - not helpful

<p>Groenkloof Virgin Active (Pretoria) has gym attendants that are on their phones during working hours. Check your cameras for validation. Are also unfriendly, they do not greet their customers. Are rude and unwilling to help, act as if they are doing the customer a favour by doing their job. Never help clients correct their training habbits if they are doing it the wrong way. What are they there for? Asking/bullying the clients to put the weights so that they can have time to be on their phones. The equipment and carpet is seldom cleaned, most of the time I used the gym the equipment is filthy. The studio rooms also have dirty equipment and yoga mats. The men's toilets are disgusting. The urinals do not flush well and are therefore in a poor state. Kauai staff are rude and never serve you with a smile, they really hate their job. Would the manager contact me to explain why the above is taking place at this gym? Do you value your clients? </p>
