Unfair Treatment of Virgin Active Clubs

I am deeply disappointed in the stance that Virgin Active SA has taken in viewing the various clubs under its banner, hierarchly. The Mitchell's Plain and Gatesville Clubs have long been waiting for upgrades to equipment, etc. For example, Gatesville is using machinery from a company that has been liquidated 2-3 years ago. Recently, a competitor is increasing its footprint in the Claremont area and as a result, the Claremont Club is receiving another upgrade (putting Mitchell's Plain and Gatesville on the waiting list again). It was not too long ago, that the Claremont club was privy to an upgrade. It is deplorable that the company, gives preferential treatment to certain areas where location and demographics seem to be the criteria! Disappointing.
