Unfair Treatment!

his is to notify you of a formal complaint that I have with Virgin active Cresta and staff. This is now the 4th time that I have been interrupted by one of your staff members while training with my 13 year old daughter. I have complained on previous occasions at the front desk and obviously nothing has been done. From the 4 times, My daughter has been picked on by your staff for using the gym equipment and I am NOT going to accept this any longer. your staff there find it suitable to always tell me that my daughter who is 13 not to use the equipment, but they never tell children that are much smaller.

Please check your camera's for 17:50 till about 18:20pm for Sunday 17th September 2023 and please watch how 2 small children are being left to swing on the straps on the mat down stairs, Please check how these 2 same small children were left to play on the skillmill treadmill with both of them running on it together with the permission of their Mother, and still not one of your staff members have come to complain with this particular parent, But with my daughter, once again she is being picked on and to make it worse, I m right there, yet your staff member does not approach me, she goes straight to my daughter and talks to her. I, as the parent, am standing there listening to the nonsense being spoken of. When I ask your staff member why she didn't do the same for the 2 small children that were just there, she tells me "oh i didn't see them" which is utter nonsense, because I am fully aware of how my daughter is being picked on, I made it a priority to check who's children are being allowed to use the equipment. My daughter was not swinging and playing around on the equipment, we are there to train, not play games or make it a jungle gym. These 2 small children were even allowed to use the adductor machines, but yet no one told them or their mother not to do such. What made my daughter and I different? I May have an answer for you on that.

Please tell me what was different between me as a mother coming with my daughter to the gym to train and the mother that was there with her two children who were left to do whatever they wanted to, yet you could only approach us once again. I pay my premium just as much as any other person pays theirs, so why are we always treated differently? I would like an honest answer to this. As I've said, this is not the first time this is happening, and I will NO longer accept this. I've allowed this for far too long, and I will be taking this further.
