Unfair payments

Early during may I signed a contract agreeing to join virgin active as I was told that the fee payed its the R 27 for pro rata every month and I was also told that if I want to cancel the contract I should do it in the month of may so I called on 30th of may to cancell the contract.and I was told that I have to pay a certain % of the yearly amount . I havent been to the gym even once and here I am being charged money that I was given incorrect information about and it upsets me that I was told id be called back but I wasng called back and saddest part.is that I have no income they even take the little that I have I regret signing the contract now am left with paying virgin active money for just signing the contract Always be sure what you are doing befor sales people blind fold u with incorrect information just to sign the contract
