unfair dismissal

<p>A young guy attacks me in the bath room of virgin active red an I get suspended for 12 months.. How ridiculous is that?? </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm grown up enough not to fight over a stupid locker. He punched me so I put him to the floor so that he stop punching me... What must I do Stand there like a punching bag?? I defend myself so I don't get injured an to back off from this guy... An I get suspended for 12months???</p> <p> </p> <p>Sipho From Virgin Active Little falls is rude cause I was stating that this is unfair due to the fact I did not get physical in this fight (i didn't even punch back cause I know better) then he puts the phone down On me? Is this how you guys care about your customers?? </p> <p> </p> <p>I will be taking this further cause Iona (the manager) keeps telling everyone the wrong statement an saying I punched back. Even the witness statement states there that these guys are the ones who caused the fight.. I Even personally spoke to witness an he said that these kids were looking to fight... </p> <p>I have been trying for over 4 years now. I have goals to reach. I'm there to train an reach my goals, I don't have time to fight over a stupid locker.</p> <p> </p> <p>An yet after my suspension you guys expect me to pay another once off fee which costs me R1500 (im on discovery) an now you guys expect me to go back to virgin active??
