Unfair

Virgin active is giving false advertising, they keep advertising a special for R199 then when you enquire they tell you no that special is no longer available, anyway the talk you through their sales pitch. I have not signed anything with them, let along even went to gym but the expect me to pay them cancelation fee. How do you pay a cancellation fee of something you have no written contract for or even went to the gym?
