Unfair

Really unhappy with Virgin active and how they handling a matter that i am not to blame for. Signed up for a membership special last year and EXPLICITLY told the agent i cannot afford gym membership worth over R500 . So we agreed i would do the promo with Vodaworld then later join Carlswald because of their rates. To my surprise in January when i went to pay whatever amount was outstanding, i was advised of an amount that was over than what i had agreed to. Agent no longer heeding to my requests. Was told to call head office they also weren't helpful . Was told to go back to the branch. The account is now going up,being hounded by accounts people,my record could be affected ;all because someone wanted to close a sale. I need this account to be reconciled ASAP. I have no qualms with making payments but it will not be an amount i didn't agree to. Listen to call recordings between myself and an agent called Rams from Virgin Active Vodacom.
