UNEXCEPTIONABLE , DISAPPOINTING , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE . I WILL NEVER USE THEM AS A REFERENCE OR TELL ANYONE TO JOIN

I had no pleasure with this company at all for 2 years i am disappointed in the manner how my accounts gets treated i agree to a contact for THEM to deduct my account on the date i provided and every December this do not happen and i get noted only in January i am in arrears like so embarrassing when you get to the gym ever since i just been getting emails of my account being in arrears but no one will take the time to put in effort to contact me and they keep saying they will respond in 24 hours and yet im still waiting so now i am the client have to put in effort to be in contact i have provided them to notify us in December when they will deduct like every other company does before hand notifying them of their payments which is so strange about my account i have my husband link to my account so we spoke to the Manager of the branch which he will sort this out as it was not our fault firstly so guess what they only cleared my husband but im the actual member but now im in arrears how do they do this ...UNEXCEPTIONABLE , DISAPPOINTING , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE .
