I would like to share my utter disgust with Virgin Active service.I took out a membership this year and due to personal constraints I decided to cancel which was in two weeks of taking out the membership. I messaged the sales consultant Reeshal from virgin active cascades in pietermaritzburg and he took the instructions and said he will come to see me which he never did however when he wanted the membership he would call me continously up until today he will read my messages and not reply. I got calls from several consultants demanding the membership fees and after I would advised them of my complaint they would say they will investigate but they do not revert to me.Cameras can be viewed at the facilitie were I signed I was not made aware of any penalties or anything I just signed on the pad that just showed my signature.The only thing Reeshal spoke of is the fees for monthly payments. I refuse to pay anything as this is unfair consumer practise.
