<p>This ********* Virgini active cancelled my contract because of the stupidity of their staff in gateway, now when I called the call center today and asked the agents why are you guys still debting my account even tho my contract was been cancelled , this useless agent just hangs my phone down because she didn't know what's going on , and the second time when I called and spoke to another guy zanga he couldn't answer my question and accused me of shouting to him whereas the fact is I was only asking him to explaining to me why my account was being debited , the third time I called in eventually I get fed up and I asked for their supervisor straight away, and now they are saying I'm discriminating them, what a joke! Only because these useless call agents are uncapable to sort out the problem and dont have the intelligence to understand what's going on with my contract then they are accusing me to discriminate them.</p> <p>Virgin Active: I strongly suggest you exit the fitness industry , because you guys are not only ********* but also lacks morality and dignity, and what make it worse is that you guys employ a bunch of unintellectual people to work at the call center that only knows how to hang the customers phone's down, and when the problem arises you virgin active just chickened out and passes problem to your useless ********* dirty legal team, do you guys really think your legal team can back you guys up and hide all your dirty little secrets to the public, well let me tell you guys something , if you guys wants to mess with me I'm more than well prepared , let's see how long you virgin active can still survive in the industry after those *****s incident made by you virgin active get exposed to the public. Shame on you virgin active , you are the Most disgusting , ********* and useless company people have ever come crossed !!</p>
