I can not believe the incomptenncy of virgin active, I clearly canceled my wife's contract and it had been canceled and all of a sudden they started charging her again, when queried, it was said that she accepted a retention offer which is a total lie as my wife had no plans to go back to the gym, so I am left with my account been debited every month as virgin active magically reinstated her contract. This is absolutely not fair and I will be considering canceling my contract as it is really *********, everybody is suffering with a drop in business due to covid,but is this a way to rip customers off so that they can recoup some money???
