Worst jym ever !!!! , I canceled my membership 3 months ago . A guy from virgin active comtacted me telephonically pursuing me not to close the account and I explained to him im not using the facilities including relocating yet they are still deducting money from my bank account. Contacted them on numerous occasions and sent x2 emails (No response) , eventually got through another female and she has also not contacted me back over 3 weeks ago.
