My first and last visit to the bellairs virgin active was very disappointing, after having slipped in the steam room where there was no non slip mats on the floor last year may 2014 in the steam room, i slipped, two gentleman helped me to the reception, i asked the person at reception if i would be able to see someone as i figured i may have injured myself quite badly when i slipped, her response was \the biokineticist is busy for the next hour you will just have to wait"and proceeded to have a conversation with her colleague"
