*********, greedy behavior by VIRGIN ACTIVE abs refusal to help

They tried to double bill me for September 2020, I’ve been receiving calls from them almost every week since October. now this month they’re trying to double bill me again with 2 different amounts. They changed my debt order date without my permission and thus I end up paying extra at the bank cause there are no funds on the date that Virgin Active changed without my permission.

I have spoken to several people both at the Thornhill gym and over the phone with no assistance.Today was the last straw as I asked to be transferred to a supervisor the person on the other side of the phone simply just hung up. I’ve been fuming with them for over 10 years and have no idea why all of a sudden they’re troubling me
