Once again Glen Maria's branch is as always disappointing! Today I find out that my vitality was cancelled however I was late for my class so I requested that the manager allow me to attend the class and thereafter contact Vitality. She rudely said No! I find out later that my medical is updated and there are no issues!

I find this level of service appalling... I would like to be compensated for missing my class today due to your incorrect information!
