********* behavior from Employees

I Kgomotso Masejane a member at Virgin Active Amanzimtoti was harrassed and intimidated by an employee of Virgin Active, Nokwanda who works at the toti branch.

I recognized Nokwanda from the time she was forcefully trying to get my colleagues to join virgin active. I was not a part of whatever they spoke about as I had already joined with Sanele Ntshangase.

Fast forward to Tuesday afternoon at Virgin Active parking one of my colleagues asked a guy who was entering his vehicle to give me a lift to the BP Garage as it was getting dark. The gentleman agreed he was with two other guys.

I was about to enter when Nokwanda in her uniform pushed me out of the way and said I could only enter once she had entered the car. Confused I waited for her to enter and noticed something was wrong when she was being passive aggressive and refusing to move over. The man in the back seat moved to the middle and said I could sit next to him.

The lady then said I should stop disrespecting her and that once she steps out of the Gym she will disrespect me as much as she can. I told her that she must be confusing me with someone else because I have never dealt with her before and kept quiet. Once I got out the car Nokwanda proceeded to follow me and asked me where I knew the three gentlemen from, I told her I did not know them and I did not even speak to them, one of my colleagues had spoken to the driver. She told me she would not tolerate the disrespect from me and that she better not catch me conversing with any of the three men ever again or else.

Wednesday morning I called Sanele Ntshangase to tell him that I had an issue with one of his colleagues and that I would come to the gym during my lunch break as I work in the same building.

Lunch time on my way to the gym I ran into a miss Nokwanda who told me she was also on her way to see me and wanted to deal with me at the top parking. I told her I would do no such as I was on my way to see her and her manager regarding her behavior in the Virgin active parking the night before. She then told my colleagues to call me and that I shouldn't go into the gym, uninterested I left her to go see her manager who was not available. The service I got was very poor as Nokwanda had come down and started fighting my colleagues PHYSICALLY once again at the reception and nobody actually tried to stop her but I was told to go sort out my issues with her in the top parking.

I refused to go "sort out my issues" in the parking because I am actually a new memeber at the gym and will not tolerate being intimidated by Nokwanda. I work in the same building and I am a respectable memeber of society, I have never even had a full conversation with Nokwanda so I'm honestly still very confused as to why she was so hostile towards me.

Nokwanda had the nerve to shout and act a fool at the virgin active reception with all her vulgar calling my colleagues "iyfebe who wanted her man" again I'm not even a part of whatever beef they had prior. At the reception I told her again that she must be confusing me with someone and she said she knows me very well and dislikes me.

I am not comfortable with Nokwanda being here as I go to the gym every single morning, walking around the parking during my break. I don't feel safe as the lady honestly has a problem with me and could at this point physically assault me.

Nokwanda's behavior was appaling to say the least, ********* and very unprofessional. Intimidating me because of her own personal issues that are still unknown to me. I would like a full investigation and want to know what Virgin Active has to say about the people they employ I will be persuing this case further.
