Unending harassment

<p>I have had a Virgin Active account for a number of years and once my initial contract expired, I was told I am on a month to month basis. So in December of 2016 I gave notice to the club in Table View that I wished to resign. I was told it was no problem and as my orignial contract had expired, i just needed to give the months notice, which I had.</p> <p>Since the beginning of May I have been inundated and HARRESED by MBD attorneys on behalf of Virgin Active who claim i still have an outstanding amount as well as a cancellation fee due! </p> <p><br />The call centre at MBD attorneys have been particularly rude and harrassing. Even while I was in hospital with kidney stones. UNBELIEVABLE</p>
