UNCONTROLLED THEFT IN THE LOCKER ROOMS

Theft is out of control at Virgin Active Hillcrest.

My locker that was in the changeroom was broken off the hinge, cellphone was ******, 2 fire doors were left open from the locker room to the outside of the mall.

The gyms response was that "if you love it, lock it up". The club manager is complicit and brushes your emails off, you can submit a claim but it will not get paid out even though they are at fault. After being a member for over 20 years i have never heard or experienced such a gross degree of theft. I am one of many people in the last month whos lockers have been bolt cutted off, **********, broken off and still they do nothing to correct this.
