Uncaring Manager Randburg Virgin Active

I was very surprised this morning to be treated with such direspect and disdain and total lack of empathy by the manager at Virgin Active Randburg. I had just finished a vigorous workout and was feeling exhausted and out of breath, I had to still negotiate the stairs and then think about getting to my car. The manager was only interested in the fact that I should put a mask on, he had no interest in the fact that I was struggling at the time to even get enough oxygen into my lungs, and on top of that he wanted me to actually stifle myself even further and cover my face with a mask. So sad that in these times people are so uncaring about the situation at hand. He had absolutely no sympathy or empathy for my condition, and he didnt bother to even try find out, all he wanted was for me to leave his club. I suffer from Syncope episodes and Hypercapnia ,not that he showed any sign of caring in any case. Really a sad situation. Doctors certificate supp****.
