UNCARING AND INCONSIDERATE

It is sad that virgin active is not a family orientated gym as I thought. I have been doing run around since July trying to register my son on v-club but no luck reason being he is an add on member on my premium membership therefore he cant have two memberships (that’s according to response from the club) I even enquired if there is no option for me to manually pay for it???. It does not make sense to me to cancel the premium membership he has for a mere v-club membership that he only has 5 more months to be part of since he will be turning 8 years in February 2025. This is now affecting my whole experience with virgin active, I am unable to attend some classes because he cant access the v-club and I cant train with him he is still small. This is rather very disappointing that virgin active does not have a plan in place to accommodate situations like. Do not be shocked when you keep losing members because no one cares about their needs. Small gyms like Plant Fitness and gym company have facilities in place for parents especially single mommies like us. If VA is unable to help me I will have to shop around for a gym that will be considerate!!!!! I have been a loyal member of this gym since 2010 but now this ☹
