Unauthorized premiums

Keep on receiving the calls that there is an outstanding amount of R136.00 for October. I sign up on the 21 October and my agreement with the consultant was that they are running the promotion so when you join in October your first premium will be in January. Only to find they are just debiting from October I reversed it cause there was no arrangements for that premium they continue November and December. No body wanna listen my complain only the head office who keep on calling me about October premium.
