Unauthorized Debit Order

I've been battling for since November 2021 to get Vodacom to stop debiting my account with an amount due by another customer. They've linked my banking details to his membership in error. Despite my many calls into their customer contact centre, emails to their Claremont branch manager, Matthew, the issue remains unresolved, because another debit order just went off today. I will never recommend Virgin Active to anyone. Shocking that it's been more than a year and no resolution in sight. Next steps will be legal action for contravention of the POPI act for using my personal information for transactions not authorized by me. My patience is done!
