Unauthorized debit order and a ***** by Virgin active

Wazir Willoughboy from Virgin Active de*****ed my bank account by debiting my account without my consent for a contract I have cancelled and closed in December. I want this debit order reversed immediately and no further debits to be made against my account, debit order cancelled immediately.
