Unauthorized debit amount from our account in excess of about R7000 - SHOCKING

Shocking shocking service. Since your 'cyber hack took place, our debit order has increased by a R1000 because apparently our Vitality membership has not been reloaded. This means from Jan until now, you owe us about R7000 in credit and we are getting NO response. This is disgusting and you are taking unauthorized monies off our account.

It has been a nightmare trying to get a response.

This is UNACCEPTABLE and I expect my membership to be frozen immediately and I expect the refund to be processed. 6 months down the line and the excuse of your cyber hack is NOT accepted.
