Unauthorised debit order

I joined Virgin Active last year around October and the Sales Representative that assisted me informed me that they were running a promotion and I would not pay any monthly fees from January 2023 till March 2023. I was very surprised when I was debited in my account a few days ago. I was misled when taking up the contract with you guys. I am very disappointed. Also upon taking out the gym contract I was not given any bag or bottle etc( no accessories etc) . The equipment on the Overport branch are a joke honestly. That branch needs an upgrade!!!!!. Please refund my money and stick to the agreement as arranged. Also request my debit to go off on the 1st of each month but you guys debit me any time. That’s so unprofessional
