Good day<br> <br> I am very disappointed in the way virgin active operate really how could they debit an account of someone who didn't even take a membership with them, someone used my banking statement to open an account with them even the intials they aren't the same,copy of the ID and bank statement they aren't the same at all. What a joke company is virgin active. Please sort out these mess of yours that is cost by your unprofessional consultant looking to cash in some commission. Desperate for sales! Pathetic service
