Unauthorised Debit Order
My account is sitting at a negative balance because of a mess up from Virgin Active. I called into the call centre to change my debit order date and spoke to Chantel. This was confirmed and my new debit order date was the 20th. Today I get an SMS to say that a debit order has gone off on 01/04/2015. This was not an authorised debit order. I expect a call back to explain why this has occurred as my account is in a negative balance.
