Unauthorised debit

I received a call from Puseletso on the 08/29 she said she was calling to confirm my membership I've advised her that I'm going to cancel she said it's fine,told her can she cancel my membership she said ok.I was shocked when R350.00 was debited from my account on the 09/01 I was shocked,cause she didn't advise me that I will be liable to make a payment,bear in mind I was retained by Mpho Phoni advised him that I don't want to join he insisted. I've never had a bad experience my intire life I didn't even visited the gym. Mpho said I need to call the number at the bAck of my card to chance I did call spoke to Tasneem who said I need to pay R+1000 I don't have that money and I feel thAt I was not given more info About this and again I was relaxed knowing thAt my membership is cancelled can this be fixed please
