unathorised debit order on my account

on the 24th february at virgin active greenstone mall, i spoke to a sales consultant by the name of Bongi who sold me a contract and she said that we will get the first month for free, and that the debit order will commence the following month, that resulted in me signing the contract. however, the debit order commenced on the so called promotional subscription \free"month without my consent. i let it go thinking this will be corrected. in July i went to virgin active in tramshed pretoria to see if they can freeze my debit order for 2 months"
