Unacceptable follow up by management of inept instructor at Virgin Active, Cedar Square

I attended a water aerobics class at my local gym, Virgin Active, Cedar Square on Tuesday on 7th Jan. The class teacher was Ibrahim Gardee. The class was scheduled to start at 08H30 he arrived late - 08H45 and gave the most ********** class. He seemed totally out of it, like he was on something. I complained using the usual procedure of filling out the form at reception, but to date have not heard any feedback from the management at Cedar Square. I followed up on my request for feedback a week later 15th January. Still, no one has come back to me. I find this totally disrespectful. We pay a lot of money to be members of the gym and this is most unprofessional. Members are not important. So what is the point of the black feedback box at the reception? Teachers earn money teaching classes. We expect a certain standard. Maybe the management of the club also needs to be re-trained in customer service.
