Unacceptable behaviour

When I arrived at 9 pm at the swimming pool, William was busy closing the swimming pool. I told him it was too early. He mumbled that he was closing it 15 min before closing time. A woman in the swimming pool nodded agreeing with my complaint. As I was swimming in the second lane William 9h10 pm decided to close also the lane next to mine, but did so by pulling the cable and plastic cover via my lane, thus obstructing my swimming. Next he decided to remove the ladder in the pool that I would use to get out. I told him it was unacceptable, but he shouted at me that he was closing the pool 15 min before closing time - it was about 9h10 now. He said that he removed the ladder because it was dangerous (probably it was not earlier so?). I requested that he put it back, which he did. But he inissted that it was the rule that the pool closes 15 min before closing time. I pointed out that this app**** to the sauna and steam bath, but not the pool. I asked him to show me the rule, but he did not do so. Instead he shouted at me that the rule for closing the pool was 15 min before gym closing. Really unacceptable behaviour! Hope VA will check the camera footage and take appropriate action!
