Unable to move my current memebership
In 2010 I moved to East London where I got my membership and unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I had to relocate with immediate effect. I contacted the person who helped me with the membership to cancel the contract and to ask about the fee. never got any response. Last year I was able to get a membership through Momentum multiply via the Medical aid. No one informed me of the outstanding amounts, to my understanding the account was closed . The medical aid currently moved from Momentum to Discovery. Which means now I need to move my virgin account from Multiply to Vitality. I called in as they informed me that I cannot move it due to outstanding amounts which were not my fault. I am annoyed and irritated as had I been informed when I initially got the membership with Momentum. This is ridiculous that they would want me to pay monies owed from 5 years ago which weren't even my fault. On top of that they want proof of communication with the consultant, I mean 5 years later I have changed numbers email and all. so where the HELL am I suppose to get that and why wasn't I informed earlier. This is gonna result in cancellation of membership which would be a damn shame. Angry
Thank you so much for taking my call today.
As discussed, you may now proceed to activate your Vitality contract and should you require any further assistance, please feel free to contact me directly.
Kind regards
