Unable to cancel membership

I have been trying to cancel my membership since May 2021 now, by emailing the address indicated on their website. I don't receive any acknowledgement of my emails (over once per week now), and meanwhile, my payment gets deducted each month! Two weeks ago I received 1 email saying their system has been down and I should resend the email, but of course, no response since. This is such ********** service! How is it possible that I have wanted to cancel my membership 3 months ago, and nobody has assisted me yet?! I expect a full refund for all the months that I was paying without wanting to be a member.
