Unable to cancel membership due to 'system issues' - Virgin Active is now *****ing from me

I have been trying since 11 May to cancel my membership, but they keep telling me that their system is down.

I do not care whether your systems are working or not, that is NOT an excuse to breach the contract that we have and to effectively ***** from me.

I expect a full refund for June and July, with interest.
