Unable to cancel membership.

I've been struggling for month's to get my membership cancelled (N1 City). They continue to deduct membership fees. Sign up is very quick, but cancelations are a nightmare. They play a \no end game"in the hope you give up. Be careful to renew your contract and then to cancel within the legal time frame. They do not return your calls or emails. Cancellations are handled by their head office"
