Un authorized debit order amounts

My son wanted to join Virgin active to gym after school, long story short a consultant called me to sign up my son because he was only17 and qualified for a special rate. the monthly figure came to R400pm and the contract was signed. 3 months into the contract the rate changed to R740 pm the reason being he was 18 now, so my first problem was that the consultant said it will remain the R400 while he is finishing school. The second problem is that I got a writing from Virgin active that the monthly rate is going up to R740 as of 1March 2025 but on 1 March they took R950 of my bank account. So with NO joy from the Virgin active call Centre I revert to hellopeter to see if my issues will be resolved, all corresponds with monthly figures are with me to forward it to any body willing to assist to sort out this problem
