If there was an option for not star I would have selected that! Not even worth half a star.

I have been dealing with *********** sales staff and managers who sold me a product which is a promo on the premier membership, which worked out for me as I am a Vitality member, only to find out that they load my contract and bill me for the normal premier membership with Vitality and not the promo which I paid a promo joining fee for! I have been over charged for two months straight, they keep using an excuse that their IT department is an issue and have not changed my membership fee to the correct fee to date! Further, they have only requested a refund for the balance they owe me for the overcharge and have not processed that for two weeks!

I have never dealt with more *********** and clueless staff that say they will escalate to management and make promises only to find that nothing has been done!

This franchise has gone to the dogs and are absolutely trash at customer service.

I will be taking this up further with the customer complaints commission !
