*****ulent account claim

I keep receiving calls for an account I dont have nor been settled many moons ago. Virgin active says I owe them but I have proof that my account was settled. Trying to sell my details to debt collector to retrieve money I dont owe them, they dont even call me to state what amount I owe them cause all accounts have been settled
