Hey Virgin Active, You over charge and provide the ****tiest service to people who want to cancel their contracts. As soon as you mention that, their cheery voice on the other side changes and they redirect you to different people for 2hrs just to cancel a contract. Apparently they gotta get ahold of NASA to cancel a gym contract. Then the fact that they have no procedures in place for clients who have lost their jobs and want to cancel the thing they can't pay for, they still have to pay a cancelation fee or else the gym will keep minusing money you don't have. So logic is to pay to cancel the thing you can't pay for. *******s, and wasting time redirecting to be serviced to cancel the damn thing till I have no more air time. You are seriously **** to me right now.
