If there was a way to write a negative rating I would do so. But I account problems are similar to everyones below, getting double debited. No help, no solutions, nothing coming from the virgin team. I do not want to even get started with the gym's quality. Aircons dont work, machines are randomly broken. Competitor gyms need to step up.
