Treating me like a child and deny me access towards the club as i am a virgin active member for 6years already.

I was treated like a child by a staff member who claim to be the manager of the club at virgin active rustenburg. I was sitting at the kaui restaurant area whilst drinking my pre workout as i always do. While i was busy investigating the salt lid out of curiosity i have been told by the "captain" or manager of the club that i am making a mess with salt everywhere and i must go and sit infront of the tv area so that there is nothing for me to play with. I have also been told by her that i am not a customer and not allowed to sit at that area. I realized that we will not be able to solve this matter between the two of us and ask for her supervisor/manager which she rep**** she is. Then another manager came to me and said he will attend this matter. Today again i have been mistreated by the reception lady who left me unattended and ignored my card on the countrr and refusing to swipe to grant me access. Just a spitefull grin on her face whilst helping the que behind me. If the manager cant solve the people s****ls his staff members have towards customers i really hope head office will do.
