Treated like **** becaouse im indian!!!!

I'm a premium member of VIRGIN ACTIVE and I'm so sick of paying so much for a gym membership that treat certain individuals differently and pathetically. VIRGIN ACTIVE GROENKLOOF treats me an INDIAN person like ****. I get to a machine and there's weights on it, I do one set and move to another machine and staff members start running and shouting me to move the weights off the machine! I'm still busy! and besides that other members just leave weights laying all over! VIRGIN ACTIVE GROENKLOOF is the only VIRGIN ACTIVE that has no anti sanitizers in the steam room! filthy and the water is forever cold peak times! I will log another complaint with the staff members name. PLEASE contact me to cancel this membership and I will be more than happy to join Planet fitness.
