treated like a dog

Last week I went into virgin active as i do everyday and I always wear my crocs due to severe swelling of my feet. I have been apart of this branch from the time it opened and now one of the receptionists chased me out of the gym like a dog because of the shoes I wear! She was very rude and said I cant come into the gym with these shoes because apparently the new manager doesnt approve. She then suspended my membership for a month as a punishment. She then proceeded to tell me to get out. I am totally disgusted in the behaviour and now I am paying for something I cant even use! <br> <br> I have been a loyal customer for many years and i even go out of my way to use your gym when I have a gym literally around the corner from me! Your staff obviously dont understand the meaning of customer service and think they can treat customers like dirt. I am definately considering cancelling my contract because of the disgusting manner I was treated and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
