Training at Home with Virgin Active.

I am a member of Gym Company but I want to say thanks to Virgin Active for their initiative that they took to make sure that we keep excising in our homes during this period of Corona problem. I believe those who watch them on Supersport 200 will agree with me that what Bongo and Ceri are doing is very helpful. #30in30 My Wife likes Yoga whereas I am more on Mobility flow, Blitzz Fitness and Metabolic conditioning. As much as it is not the same like when you are at the gym, at least i am doing something. So big up to Virgin Active and other personal trainers with their training methods at this time.
