Tough if you joined this month
<p>So i initially joined Virgin Active Berea and received awesome service. The best of all was my card fee was waived upon request, I got a gym bag and other goodies and R700 cash back for using the gym a certain amount of times in a period.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a nationally membership and decided to sign up my wife at Kings Park as its closer to home. The long and short is that I get a meal and drink for joining. The response unfortunatley specials dont run all the time which is nonsense. I phoned the call centre and asked for feedback but as usual no body gets back to you.</p> <p>I am really disgusted that I added my wife but we get nothing but a meal and drink that we did not even get.</p> <p>Please dont tell me its unfortunate that i joined this month, otherwise cancel and give me a membership when your SPECIALS happen then sign us up.</p> <p> </p> <p>So much for being loyal.</p> <p> </p>

As discussed, we run bag promotions as and when resources allow. We do not give away bags every month, some months its bags, other times its vouchers or discounts on membership fees, etc. Not every month is a promotional month.
