Totally dissillutioned

In December 2016 I decided to give myself a Christman present to joing Virign Active after seeing the add on Facebook that payment only has to be done in January. I chose La Lucia Gym for convenience purposes since it was around 5 km away from my home. I set up an appointment with Vikash on the 10th of December 2016 and went through the process of joining the gym. I completed the the documentation on the Saturday and paid the Vitality joining fee the 15th of December 2016. Three things were mentioned to me on the Saturday, 1) There will be babysitting facilities available, 2) I will receive a cashback of R500 into my account, 3) Classes will be available from then on. I thought it was a dream come true... however in the new year reality dawned. Firslty, payment was not end of January as the ad let on to perceiveyet the first day of January, secondly my daughter had to join the gym, even though she would not be taking any classes or utilising any of the equipment, in order for me to have the babysitters take care of her or I have to pay R200 each time I bring her and lastly the "Cashback" I was advised after the new year that it will be the 20th; I confirmed this with the callcentre as well. The 20th came and went and no funds were deposited in my account. When I followed up with the callcentre they referred me to the sales agent I spoke to. I phoned Vikash who very merrily told me it was the 20th of February. Now, my frustration is as follow - the goal post keeps on being moved and none of the promises made has materilised; the gym is misrepresnting everything they say. I don't believe I will ever get the funds as promised. What is a bit concerning to me is this - I am a Discovery employee.... if I am being treated this way; how is other members of Vitalty treated?
