Too busy for the paying clients

Good day

I have a membership with virgin active, in July when the president closed the gyms they ran debit orders and said we could request a refund which we did but they never got back to us yet they keep on debiting regardless of the lockdown. Their call center number never goes through they are always busy and they never respond to emails. They do not even deserve a single star
